ok so it has been so long and I will explain why... after my last post I got a really bad bacteria infection on my face caused by a sunburn. And I didnt do very much because my eyes were swollen shut... haha anyways after I got better the holidays started and I didnt have time. But during that time WE BOUGHT A HOUSE!!!! Which is really exciting it is a 5 bedroom 2bathroom house with alot of work!! But it will be really fun to fix up! And my sister got married which is pretty exciting!
UPDATE on linkin he is completely potty trained as of november 3rd!! Which is so nice!!! And he is not putting together sentences which is interesting because everything now doesnt make sense lol but its fun trying to figure out what he is saying!!

We went to salt lake last week and did all sorts of things.... we went to the aquarium, the zoo, and to temple square it was a blast!! At the aquarim linkin couldnt decide what he wanted to look and or touch. The zoo was fun but super hot! Linkin was scared of all the statues but his favorite was the train he went on it twice and couldnt get enough. Then we went to temple square and walked around which was more fun for zach and I than linkin, because we met in slc and I worked joseph smith memorial and lived at the plaza and we drove past all the places that we used to go to all the time and just reminisced I loved it! The we went to rodizio grill.....yummm... that is all I have to say about that!

now that I have fulfilled my job of advertising I would like to update yall on the rest of our lives. This week is finals week so zach is so much fun to be around. I am working at the shack everyday while trying to potty train linkin... pretty much impossible... I for the last 2 weeks have been having people stay at our house and so I am constantly cleaning, so that they dont think I am a horrible house cleaner. But I do love having them (my sisters, and jared) And I have been thinking that I want to do something to make more money but none of these businesses that you have to pay into or jobs that you work everyday all day. So that limits my possibilities and we have no money for me to go back to school. I just dont know but I am tired of feeling like we never have money and we can never do anything, and I wish that I could get payed enough so that I work full time and zach not have so that he can hurry up and finish school and get good grades.But alas I cant..at least not right now.

well today I realized that I kinda like idaho just because I enjoy my husband being happy. But I do miss my friends I wish that I had all my friends here by me because I miss hanging out with them and just talking. well I know I am horrible at updating but I am trying.
so most of you know Zach is being laid off because Hollywood is going out of business so that sucks but he already has a job at nampa auto parts but only part time. I cant wait till he is done with school so he can start his career!
But other than that we are doing good linkin is getting so big! He just jibber jabbers all day long lol while we are driving he says car, truck, bike, train its really funny. He also loves to sing songs with us like ittsy bittsy spider, Im so glad when daddy comes home, popcorn popping and he knows all the motions. He also is really good at saying peas and thank you. it has been really nice to have linkin talking it makes thing so much easier, because now I know what he wants but now he is no longer a baby! I am wanting another one really bad but zach said after school so I agree with that but its so far away!
As for me I am working and sense zach just has a part time job I am trying to find another job to make up the difference. I am also doing house projects that I will start to put up pictures of but I dont have a camera so I just have my phone. Anyways I will post pictures either later tonight or tomorrow

So lately zach and I have been really stressed out because of school and work. school is alot different for zach at byu than at ldsbc so the transition has been hard. Then work oh work so you have to have it to pay bills and to live but it sucks the life out of you and we have been worried that they might close his store because just last week they closed 800 stores and zachs store is so small that it just might be the next to go. And I still cant find a job but oh well I guess that just means heavenly father wants me to be at home with my baby which is what I would rather do anyways but I am still waiting to hear from the reservation. But there is a light at the end of our path we just did our taxes and we have enough money to pay off all our debt buy things that we have wanted and still put a whole bunch away in savings!!! So that is such a blessing because if zach does loose his job we wont have to worry so much. And I just found out that linkin and I are going to california for 2 1/2 weeks to spend time with my family!! I am so excited and grateful that I can do this but very sad that zach cant come because of school... stupid school! I love life the ups and downs so adventurous! And I LOVE LOVE LOVE

ok so zach and I watched a movie/ documentary called dear zachary: a letter to a son about his father. This is was one of the most moving sad/depressing uplifting stories I have ever seen, that makes it so that you look on your life and relationships with others completely different! I will never again look at others and treat them the same. Now when I say this after you watch the movie you will think that I am completely weird BUT I took this movie and decided to learn something from it and surprisingly it made me better at how I treat people because if something happends to me I want them to say things like that about me. Now I havent said anything about the movie because if I say one thing I will ruin it for you all. And zach says I do that to much so JUST WATCH IT! Dont ask questions just do it and tell me what you got out of it even if you dont agree with anything I say!

linkin is hilarious now!! He will just sit there and jibber jabber to himself all day long it is so funny.And he loves dancing in the car to pretty much whatever comes on the station but he especially loves rap which is funny because zach and I hate it but its funny to watch linkin raise his hands up and bounce up and down. We also have noticed that he loves loves loves shoes we just bought him some knew shoes and he wont let us take them off, and he likes putting our shoes on and trying to make us put our shoes on especially my high heels. we also gave him is first hair cut because he had weird random hairs that were way longer than the rest of his head, but you cant even tell that we did because his hair is so light. anyways just alittle update I promise I am getting better.

so I havent posted anything for awhile and I am sorry for that but I have been busy looking for a job and linkin has no patience for me when I am on the computer.
Linkin is off the binky without crying which we were shocked about because we thought he would freak out. But we just cut off the top and he went yuck and threw it and didnt want anything to do with it lol it was hilarious. linkin also has this new thing were he tells us like " nonononononono' when he is doing something he shouldnt because we will tell him' no no' when he is doing something that he is not supposed to. So we have started to say "please dont do that" other things that he says is bath, yep, light and he points to it, hhhhooooottt when something is hot and he will also blow and wave at it. He also has is favorite stuff animal which is a dog called doggie. Linkin got alot of blocks for christmas which he loves and we will just spend hours stacking the blocks up and then knocking them over.
I am now a certified phlebotomist which I am pretty excited about but now I cant find a job which I think is because everyone want someone with 1 year experience and I only have 4 months so its really hard to talk people into hiring me without a ton of experience. Oh well I am going to keep trying. And zach has started school this semester so that means I wont see him very much and if I get a job I wont see him at all.

saturday linkin had his first birthday!! He had a bug party it was really cute. It was really funny because linkin just stuck his face in the cake and started eating it.... he didnt even use his hands. Then when it came time to open presents he didnt want to open them he just wanted to play with the things he got so his friend seagunn unrapped the presents for him!! But it was really fun to have everyone there and to spend time with everyone. Thanks guys for coming and loving linkin as much as we do!!

yesterday was our 2 year anniversary!! We started out our day looking at apartments! Then went on a bike ride around the green belt, walked around the mall then went to papa kelseys for pizza! .... ROMANTIC HUH? lol not how we were planning on spending our anniversary but it was fun... I do have to say how much I am thankful for my husband. He works all the time so that we a place to live and still get things that we want. He also is constantly making me want to be a better person, by being a great example to me and linkin. Well... it has been along time and I realize that no one really reads my blog anymore but it gives me something to do that is not cleaning!
Here are some updates on linkin: at the beginning of the month of june linkin started taking some steps but never would "walk", he also says "hey dada" but he wont say mama which kinda bugs me but I guess its because he doesnt really get to see zach because of work.Also when he sees something that he wants or likes he whoooos ( kinda like a owl) its hilarous! He also pushes his box cars around while making his car sound, which is my favorite thing to watch! He also has discovered the cupboards so while I cook he will just open and close them, so I am in trouble I guess I have to baby proof them. And linkin is in love with dogs!! While we were at my parents house in california he would chase them around and then pats them and squeals and whoos at them.
At the end of june we went on our annual camping trip to fort bragg, which was a very big adventure! First we had to be in the car for 14 hours which with a 10 month old is very hard, so we descided to travel all night so that linkin could sleep most of the time, but this didnt work. Why might you ask? because in wells nevada 4 hours into our trip our timing belt went out! so at midnight with a screaming baby we pushed out car down a dirt road to some blinking lights which turned out to be a strip club. From there we called a tow truck and went to a hotel and called my parents to inform them that we would not be able to make it to kenny ( my little brother) baptism and the camping trip. And they descided that they would come and get us tow us back to chico and have my grandpa fix it for free. Which was a miracle because we didnt know how we were going to pay for our car to be fixed because we just spent 2 hundred dollars on tow truck and hotel room.
So we get back to chico in time for kennys baptism which was amazing! And celebrated his birthday at rice bowl the best chineses japanese sushi resturant in california! Went camping which was cold and rainy and foggy which made it so we couldnt see fire works on the fourth of july! But it was fun seeing family and getting shells from the beach and seeing linkin playing in the sand and waves. Then Linkin got thrush so the last day camping we spent calling doctors trying to get medicine for him. Then we headed home with my two little brothers so that they could spent time with us in idaho like my sisters did last summer. And in wells nevada where we broke down I got my first speeding ticket!! I was going 5 over! And on top of that the car was not registered so I got a ticket for that!!
Then we got home linkin started walking and refuses to crawl now! Spent time with my brothers camping, fizbee golfing, water sliding, ice blocking and we had a blast!! I loved having them here and I am sad to have them gone but I will see them for christmas!! But zach, linkin and I have many more things to do this summer, so you will hear about those adventures!! But I think that I have what has happend so far and I posting videos too!! And more pictures so enjoy!!!!

This is the theme of my life! I am constantly asking myself and others this question. It all started with me going back to school, should I go to school so that we can make more money or should I just not and just stay at home with linkin? What should I do? Then I am having linkin finally get his shots, which ones should I let him have first and which ones not too? what should I do? But I think I do know what to do, I am going back to school! And I know what shots to give linkin! But if anyone has advice I am more than open to hear what you have to say!

we have finally moved in completely!! Idaho is nice the weather is crazy one minute it will be sunny and warm and the other hailing. And its nice being by zachs family we go over there alot which is nice because then its like I am back home in chico being by family. Our apartment is huge compared to our apartment in utah which is really weird because we dont know where we put all of our stuff at the other place!! Our next door neighbors are pretty cool except that we can hear them go up and down the stairs all night long which is a new experience for us because our other apartment we never heard anything!
Linkin is crawling all over the place and getting into everything!! He loves opening the drawers in our entertainment system and pulling out all of our movies, and pushing our dvd player all over the place. And when we go over to zachs families house he has trever and jared walk him around the whole house. So now he wants to walk all the time which is really hard because he falls alot and gets hurt but at least he is trying! We think that he will be walking in about a month, just in time to go camping!

My mom came and watched my cousins out here in utah while my aunt and uncle went out of town, and its was so much fun!! Linkin I think liked being the center of attention because he started crawling and talking more.. it was so much fun!

So its final we are moving the first week in April. Which is in exactly 32 days!! We are really excited because we will be living by more friends and family, and also because we get a new job because hollywood video is getting rid of zachs old job position. And hopefully I will be able to get a little job to make some extra money. But packing has been extra long and tedious sense I have to work around linkins schedule sense now he sleeps in the living room.( only because there is no where else to put him) So when he is taking naps I usually just go in my room and either watch a movie or play on the computer because when I try to pack in there it is to noisey and he wakes up, so I know for sure that when it actually comes time for us to move that I will be scrambling to get everything together.
Also my mom is coming to town next week and I am super excited to see her!

So linkin is getting so big we cant believe how fast its going!! He is now able to roll over and carry on conversations with us (baby talk of course) he also is only taking 1, 4 hour nap and last night for the first time slept through the night!!! It is awesome to sleep through the night again. Grandma and Grandpa Atkin are coming in 2 weeks for thanksgiving and his blessing. We are so excited to see them and spend thanksgiving with them, and linkin will be able to meet his aunts and uncles for the first time. We are so glad to have such great families for linkin to look up too and spend time with and that we have the gospel in our lives to help and protect us.

little linkin came to us on friday the 29th at 7 pounds and 14 ounces 20 inches long!!!! we are so excited to have him!!

we had a lot of fun in california zach and I, but it was nice to be home and spend time with each together. we akso got to hang out with some friends that we havent seen in forever. But we cant wait untill our married friends come back friend georgia!!!

the neighborhood got together and set off fireworks, it was so cute to see all the little kids play with sparklers!! Mariah, and miriam had fun and got to meet alot of people. Hopefully next 4th of july zach will be with us

so we have had this blog for a couple of weeks now and finally will write something. Anyways zach and I are going to california on tuesday to see the family and we are both so excited, and I am having a baby shower out there so I get to see all of my friends. Also mariah and miriam get to come out here and stay with us for all of july!!! We are going to have so much fun!! It is now only 9 weeks till we get to see our little lincoln!! And we both cant wait to see him. We are finally starting to get thing ready for him we bought our crib but will have to paint it and with mariah and miriams help it will be pretty easy. And we are setting up his "corner" sense we dont have a room for him. I am having so much fun doing it. Hopefully by the time we get home from our trip we will have new pictures for you all.
